Developer Giarratana is approaching the final stages of approval for 901 MLK Blvd, a new 33-story multi-family tower in downtown Nashville. The developer recently filed a request for final site plan approval which should clear the majority of approval and permit requirements for this phase of the project. Once approved, the project will likely transition from the land development to the building development phase. Stay tuned for more as details unfold.
