Harvest Welcomes Andre R. Bailey as SVP for the Southwest Region
Andre R. Bailey joins Harvest as the newest SVP and loan officer for the Southwest region. He has over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate lending and has funded over $2 billion in commercial real estate loans across the nation.
His career has placed him with many prominent national banks and brokerages including GE Capital, Cohen Financial, and Zions Bank National Real Estate.
Andre has expertise in placing debt through conventional banks, private institutions, CMBS securitization, insurance/pension funds, and SBA. He holds a BS in International Finance and Global Leadership from W.P. Carey School of Global Business at Arizona State University.
Cindy Santilena Joins Harvest as New SVP for the Southwest Region
Cindy Santilena joins harvest as SVP and SBA loan officer for the Southwest region. Santilena has over 15 years of experience in SBA lending and is considered an industry leader. She specializes in helping small businesses realize their dream of commercial real estate ownership.
Her experience working for a leading Certified Development Company, as well as one of the largest global banks, gives her a unique perspective and depth of knowledge when it comes to loan structures and SBA eligibility. She has provided lending to all owner-user property types, including more complex requests like hospitality, restaurants, gas stations, car washes, and self-storage.
At Harvest, she is able to offer personalized financing from a variety of lending solutions including SBA 7a, SBA 504 and conventional loans.
Cindy graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and International Business. Cindy is a CCIM Designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Northern Nevada CREW chapter.
Dime Community Bank Announces the Hiring of Kevin Gallagher, SVP and SBA Division Head
Gallagher has joined Dime Community Bank as senior vice president and group leader for the SBA financing team. He has over 10 years of SBA lending experience and specializes in helping small business owners obtain financing through the SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs. He also has extensive knowledge in owner occupied real estate financing, working capital needs, and machinery and equipment loans.
At Dime Community Bank, Gallagher will be responsible for driving SBA business strategy, building new SBA business relationships and growing a pipeline of SBA 7(a) and 504 loans.
He obtained in Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Dowling College and later returned to Dowling to complete his Master of Business Administration.
