Before making his debut with the 2003 film Ishq Vishk, Shahid Kapoor appeared as a background dancer in films like Taal and Dil To Pagal Hai. In a new interview, Shahid recalled the day when he was supposed to shoot with Aishwarya Rai for Kahin Aag Lage Lag Jaaye song from Taal.
Remembering the day, Shahid said that he had met with an accident before reaching the sets. He used to ride his motorcycle and he fell off on his way to the set. He was very flustered when he reached the set because he couldn’t fathom what had happened to him. He then said that he will always remember it as the worst and the best day of my life at that time.
Shahid also recalled shooting dance numbers for Dil To Pagal Hai as a background dancer. He had trained under Shiamak Davar and it was also the choreographer first Hindi movie. He said that he was a nervous wreck the whole time because he didn’t want to mess things up since he had considered himself a rookie at that time.

He said that he has no favourite memories from Dil To Pagal Hai because his hair was bouncing around too much and he was spoiling the shot. He had just joined Shiamak’s troupe, so I was nervous all the time.
On the work front, Shahid will be next seen in the streaming project Bloody Daddy, which will be out on June 9.
