What a first weekend of football that was.

Now, we must turn the page to Week 2, which begins with “Thursday Night Football.” Fortunately for you, we took a look at this Color Rush AFC East matchup between the New York Jets and Buffalo Bills to determine who you should be starting and sitting before the full slate of games this weekend.

New York Jets
Quarterback: You probably didn’t draft Ryan Fitzpatrick as your starter, but if he’s your No. 1 guy don’t worry too much about him facing the Bills. He fared well enough against a better defense last week in the Cincinnati Bengals.

Running Backs: Matt Forte had 27 touches and 155 total yards in Week 1. That’s enough to solidify his status as an RB1 in Week 2 ,especially in PPR leagues. Bilal Powell shouldn’t be started.

Wide Receivers: Don’t worry too much about Brandon Marshall’s performance in the opener. While he’ll continue being the main focus of opposing secondaries, he won’t face elite defenses every week — and he can still burn them if he does. Eric Decker has scored a touchdown in 14 of his last 18 games, so toss him out there in a WR2 or flex spot if he’s healthy.

Also up for consideration: Quincy Enunwa. He’s not a bad flex option if you’re desperate, and he appears to be the clear No. 3 option behind Marshall and Decker. If Fitzpatrick and the Jets are as comfortable throwing his way as his seven catches for 57 yards and a score last week suggest, then you should be comfortable flexing him when you’re in a pinch.

Tight End: You shouldn’t even have a Jets tight end on your roster.

Defense/Special Teams: They had seven sacks last week, and while that’s a difficult number to replicate, it’s a microcosm of the trouble this front seven can cause. There are better options, but this isn’t a terrible defense to stream in DFS or start in your regular lineups.

Buffalo Bills
Quarterback: We’re pretty down on Tyrod Taylor, who couldn’t do much of anything in Week 1 against the Baltimore Ravens. Sit him this week, especially if receiver Sammy Watkins misses time, which we expect him to.

Running Backs: The ground game is Buffalo’s best chance to do any damage, even against the Jets’ vaunted front seven. Start LeSean McCoy, especially in PPR leagues, but avoid Reggie Bush and anyone else.

Wide Receivers: Even if Sammy Watkins plays, we’re hesitant because of his nagging foot pain from offseason surgery. Sit him, Robert Woods and other Bills receivers.

Tight End: You might be able to find a better red zone option than Charles Clay on the waiver wire to start this week.

Defense/Special Teams: Nope.
