DMH Stallard advises the shareholders of Gutter Games Ltd on the sale to Amazon Acquirer Perch

DMH Stallard has advised the shareholders of Gutter Games on their sale to Perch, a leading acquirer and operator of Amazon and other D2C brands at scale.

Gutter Games is a leading UK games publisher and creator of party and drinking games which aim to have friends and family laughing hysterically in no time. They combine great ideas, customer-led design and high-quality manufacturing to form hilarious games for all occasions. Their product range includes the UK & US bestselling family game “Beat That!” which has reached #1 in the Amazon UK Toys and Games category in the last year.

Abigail Owen, led the DMH Stallard team, acting for the shareholders of Gutter Games Ltd, a UK start up launched in August 2017 and run by husband and wife team, Zak and Kate Walton. They transformed their love of party games into a business that quickly expanded into new markets in Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

Abigail said: “The sale represents a very exciting opportunity for the Gutter Games business. The partnership with Perch will allow the business to continue its strong growth and develop both online and in traditional high street outlets. We are delighted to have assisted Kate and Zak on this important transaction. They have built an impressive business in just under 5 years and it was a pleasure to work with them at such an exciting time in their business growth.”
