Breaking: Pochettino Suddenly Favourite To Replace Pep Guardiola As Man City Manager

By The Boy -

TheBoyHotspur has this very morning been advised directly by Ladbrokes that Mauricio Pochettino is now the favourite to replace Pep Guardiola at The Etihad. Alex Apati of Ladbrokes told us:

Pep could soon be calling time on his City career and as things stand it’s now Pochettino who leads the way
to replace him in the dugout.

MAURICIO POCHETTINO IS FAVOURITE in the betting to replace Pep
Guardiola as manager of Manchester City, according to Ladbrokes.

The bookies have priced up Pep’s most likely replacement, and as
things stand it’s Poch who leads the way at 5/2.

Elsewhere, Brendan Rodgers is the surprise second-favourite at 5/1,
with Nuno Espirito Santo an 8/1 shot in the betting.

Quite how this appointment might go down with City fans is one thing, quite how Poch will fare with a club that has thus far been purely backed to win silverware is another.

Indeed, a cynic might suggest that José Mourinho is the right man for City, and that Poch is now the right man for Spurs.

Oh, hang on…

City don’t employ perennial losers. Pep’s going nowhere soon.

MoPo will end up at some mid table PL team at best. That‘S of course if he comes back to it. Two stints in and won fuck all hardly makes him gold dust.

If he does get the City job, he’ll be hoping that his senior players are able to dig him out the hole he usually finds himself in after 70 minutes.

I think Poch will be a big success with his next club and win some trophies. He made some mistakes at Spurs but he’ll learn from them.
