Pune | Three buses of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation vandalised in Khadki

Pune : Policenama online Against the background of the vandalisation of a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Bengaluru recently, a group of 12 to 15 people vandalised three buses of Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation in Khadki.

The incident happened on Sunday and Sudhir Jadhav (55) has filed a complaint with the Khadki police station.

According to the police, the complainant and other drivers were driving the buses belonging to KSRTC. When the buses had stopped in the vacant space behind the Khadki Ordnance Factory Board, a group of people damaged the windows of the buses and sprayed oil paint and raised slogans.

Police sub-inspector Shailaja Shinde is carrying out further investigation.
