Trojans drop last home game to Sierra Vista

The Trojans boys soccer team fell to Sierra Vista at home last Friday 4-1.

The Mountain Lions (9-10, 7-6) scored two goals in the first half and two in the second half, while the Trojans (5-11-3, 0-10-2) scored one goal in the second half. Alex Ramirez scored the only goal for Pahrump with an assist by Nolan Toomer.

The season is winding down as the Trojans were away against Cheyenne on Tuesday, which was past deadline. The Trojans host Faith Lutheran for their last game of the season on Thursday at 3 p.m.

Girls soccer beat Sierra Vista on the road 1-0 on Friday. Sydney Dennis had 1 goal and Winter Young had 11 saves. The girls will play their last home game against Faith Lutheran at 3 p.m.
