After enjoying at least five days of temperatures in the upper 80s it finally feels like summer has arrived in Chicago! And trust me, I am loving every minute of it.
The only downfall of summer is that it makes me want to have a cocktail in my hand all day, every day. Does anyone else summer from this? Something about a hot sunny day just gives me the urge to cool off with a nice refreshing summer beverage.

Recipe:
2 parts Stolichnaya Vodka
4 parts Lemonade
Build in a mason jar or highball glass and stir. Garnish with two lemon wheels.

I did not know about this truck but I do know that in Dallas it's like 99 degrees. So we need one here stat.
