Senior Social Work Major Heather Turner discusses how her and a friend co-founded a group on campus called STRONG. This club functions as a support group for students on campus with chronic pain or illness. The club meets every Monday night in University Village at 7 p.m.
Turner shares what it is like to live with a chronic illness and how she has learned to adapt to her illnesses and hopes she can be a helping hand to others with similar experiences.
