The Waiver Wire: Gameweek 13

We love a good differential pick here at FF92 and we are BACK once again with another crack at the Waiver Wire in 2022/23! Here are some low ownership assets that should serve you well in (an albeit, diminished) Gameweek 13 and beyond…

Romain Perraud – Southampton – Defender – 15% rostered

If you stream defenders as much as I do, grabbing a full back full of attacking potential is always extremely satisfying and that’s exactly what draws me to Romain Perraud so often.

The Southampton man loves to drive forward from left back and in his last three matches he has one goal, one assist and one clean sheet, averaging just over 12 points per match. You can’t often rely on The Saints for clean sheets but when Perraud gets forward and shoots as often as he does (8 in his last 4) you should be on for decent points for a streamer.

Lewis Cook – Bournemouth – Midfielder – 9% rostered

Lewis Cook isn’t going to win you match ups but as midfielders go, he’s definitely one for the “useful” category. The Bournemouth man was disappointing against West Ham last week but was handy in previous week, scoring 6, 9 and 11.5 points without goals or assists.

Cook isn’t going to be the man to win you matchups but a steady flow of points is always useful in deeper leagues. He faces Tottenham this week and should be in for a busy day in midfield with an outside chance of attacking returns.

Danny Ings – Aston Villa – Forward – 41% rostered

It took Danny Ings just eight minutes to shake off the shackles of the Steven Gerrard reign when he bagged against Brentford. The previously off form forward scored twice in a 4-0 win and he will be hopeful that it’s the start of a hot run of form.

Ings is a streaky player, meaning this could kickstart a good run of goal scoring for him. Now is the time to grab him if you can!
