It’s a documentary about the destruction of Hungary’s Jewish community by Spielberg. One cannot watch it without, as Yair Golan once said, “identify developments”, happening abroad today, as similar events unfold in the historical narrative of the movie.
Although there are some pretty major events that are kinda skipped through in the movie, in relation to Hungary’s Jews specifically, but otherwise I very much recommend it.
