I’m feeling uninspired travel-wise and could use some suggestions!

Our wedding was Friday and we got a lot more generous gifts than I was ever expecting. A honeymoon seems more within reach for us now than it did last week lol. However I'm feeling really uninspired. This is going to be a long post and I'm just going to say all my feelings plainly lol.

I have travelled pretty extensively throughout Europe. (Spain, France, Monaco, Italy, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Ireland, Finland, Estonia)

My husband hasn't travelled anywhere. (We are from the US for reference)

At first I was thinking Ireland. Ireland was amazing! Then I thought nah maybe not…

Then Rome. I love Rome, I've been there twice and there is still so much to see. Now I'm kind of off that now.

I got really excited for a Tahiti cruise on windstar cruises, but it ended up not working out for our budget.

MIL has a lot of Disney points she's offering to give us, but I did some research and none of their offerings are really for me. She can use that with FIL to go somewhere.

I'm particular about my travel. I have no interest in going to places where it's not safe to leave the resort. (Absolutely no beef on people who like those resorts, etc)

Places where it's just built up for tourism bothers me.

I would like to go on a cruise to experience it, but I have no interest in going on one of the main cruise lines like carnival, etc. Thats why I was drawn to windstar but they're $$$.

I'm not really super interested in domestic travel (hawaii is on the table, but then im brought back to the overbuilt tourism issue). I'd really like to go to a dude ranch out west or something someday but they're absurdly expensive. Like a week in Rome is cheaper in a lot of cases lol. Seeing the national parks would be nice, maybe, but I don't know. I have no interest in going to any domestic city. I grew up near NYC and now live in Philadelphia, so I genuinely don't care about Nashville or Chicago or whatever. I also hate Florida. Its a shame because my husband commutes on amtrak 2x a week and has racked up a lot of points. I don't know what we would even use them for.

Asia is generally meh, I want to go to Japan one day but that's about it.

I'm generally a food/museum traveller but I've done some adventure stuff too. I rapelled down a tower in Italy and cliff jumped in Austria. I went falconing and horseback riding in Ireland. Climbed up a giant mountain in France to see an archeological site.

I've never been this uninspired about traveling before. I have no idea what I want to do.

I'd say our budget would be maybe $3k USD. I also have about 100k united airline points.
