You have to try this! So easy and fast! I was making it for Terry and his answer to all food is “Real Good!”, so I tried it myself, even though I had been fasting till noon. It is really good and satisfies that craving for something “bread”.
ONE-MINUTE KETO BISCUIT
1 large egg
3 tablespoons almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon avocado or coconut oil, melted
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions: Crack egg into mug and whip with a fork. Add flours, baking powder and salt. Melt butter and oil and add to mug. Stir to make sure everything is well mixed and blended. Put mug in microwave and set for 1 minute (60 seconds). When done, run knife around and turn out onto plate. Cut into three horizontal pieces. Enjoy!
