The excitement is building in Norfolk County with the Routes to Roots Film Festival right around the corner on Friday September 21 and Saturday September 22!
Four excellent feature films and numerous short films mean this year’s R2RFF will be an entertaining two-day spectacle of international cinema taking place at The Strand Theatre in downtown Simcoe.

What goes better with movies than popcorn! The Norfolk Popcorn Party will be in full swing on Saturday, with popcorn seasoning tastings, contests and kids’ activities, and more. We’re celebrating Norfolk County’s status as Canada’s leading growing region of popping corn. It all happens on Robinson Street, right in front of the theatre.
On Saturday night after the screenings, everyone is welcome to join the Wrap Party at Mulligan’s, sponsored by Magnolia Hospitality Co.
