Job Description: Maintenance Manager
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Morama Holdings maintenance team
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems at Morama Holdings to identify and address issues in a prompt manner.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment. Ensure proper wiring, connections, and adherence to safety protocols during installation and maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions that may occur at Morama Holdings, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure the overall functionality and safety of the facility and further develop and implement preventative procedures for all electrical systems at Morama Holdings.
- Address issues related to plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems including checks for loose connections, voltage levels and scheduled cleaning of DB Boards at the Morama Holdings facility.
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with other contractors to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into overall project designs.

- Leadership: The manager must have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and maintain a high-performing team.
- Communication: The maintenance manager must have excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Organisation: The manager will be expected to manage and organise large amounts of data, and must have the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Adaptability: Manager should be able to work in a variety of environments and conditions. Additionally, the manager will be expected to have adaptable skills to help adjust to new situations and environments.
- Time management: the candidate must have the ability to carry out jobs in a timely fashion and meet crucial deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or related field with 5 years working experience.
- Training & Experience: The Maintenance Manager will receive on-the-job training in their first few months of employment. This training will include learning Morama Holdings policies and procedures.
