This is the storied tale of a thirty-something’s return to blogging & podcasting about beer a little bit older,  calmer & wiser. The mission? To share my excitement, love, enthusiasm & all-round obtuse musings on craft beer from a teensy land-mass on the western fringe of Europe called ‘Ireland’.
