1/ GESCHEFT, Żydowska 28
New local created by the owners of “Pod Nosem” at Żydowska street. The dishes in Gescheft are about… rich colors and a large dose of madness! In a dark, full of mysterious plants interiors you have a chance to try the intriguing taste of Asian cuisine. From the menu we recommend you hot & delicious ramen (25 PLN) and wine beef with roast potatoes, ratatouille and bread (35 PLN). The portions are huge and tasty (and full of meat), but the vegetarians will also find there is something for themselves!
2/ PIEROŻAK PIEROGARNIA, Wrocławska 23
The new place at Wroclawska street, where you can taste the dumplings in various guises! You can pay here for individual dumpling (1.20 PLN) and not the whole plate with the dish. What else are you gonna find in the menu? Famous polish schabowy, rosół (typical polish soup with pasta & chicken) with dumplings and many, many salads. It is worth noting that the dumplings are manufactured there LIVE and you can see the working cooks straight from the Wroclawska street, by the large window.
3/ TASAKY, Za Bramką 1
Another place in Poznan, which will take you into the amusing & full of tastiness journey into ASIA! In TASAKY you have to try aromatic dishes from the eastern part of the world, for example ramen or dishes from the wok (maybe our favourite Pad Thai?). Additionally, you’re gonna make a contact there with the unusual history of the owners-traveler-explorers (take a look closely at the pictures on the walls of the restaurant – all made by one of the founders), as well as impeccable service and remarkable interior, designed by PULVA architects.
4/ BŁOGOSTAN, Kościelna 21
Place divided into three zones – the restaurant, Mały Błogostan (place for the children) and Twój Błogostan (a space for intimate meeting with friends and family). Specialty of this place are waffles, but the menu also includes pizzas and kaszotto. Be sure to try the aromatic teas – stimulating or relaxing, depending on what you need! The restaurant is spacious, service takes care of every guest, and the atmosphere here is super nice! The local is totally universal – for a family dinner, meeting with friends, or a baby shower.
5/ PANKEJK, Mielżyńskiego 21
An alternative for a famous Manekin. Even due to the fact that the missing queue in front of PAN KEJK’s door! In here you gotta try pancakes – in both sweet and savory options & you have to drink coffee or freshly squeezed juices and cocktails. The spacious interior is an additional advantage of this restaurant – you can arrange a meeting here ahead of a larger group of friends, but also find a secluded place for Just A Two kind of evening.
