GdS: Origi will continue injury recovery at Milanello – when he will be back

By Isak Möller -

Divock Origi has signed a contract with AC Milan but the Rossoneri are yet to announce the arrival of the Belgian. And for now, the former Liverpool man will be working hard to recover from an injury.

The 27-year-old, who joins the club on a free transfer, recently signed the four-year contract but the move had been more or less confirmed for quite some time prior to that. In spite of this, Milan are yet to announce the move.

Origi is currently recovering from an injury and he will be at Milanello tomorrow to continue his recovery program. According to Gazzetta Dello Sport’s Luca Bianchin, the forward will be out for at least ten days.

It’s possible that he could miss the pre-season friendlies that are scheduled for later this month. However, he will be ready for the start of the Serie A season on August 13, when the Rossoneri will take on Udinese at home.

  1. Bakoyo, Messias, Florenzi, and Giroud all came in injured. Here we go again with another injured player. We can’t keep holding our hearts in our mouths again all season, waiting for a player to regain form.

  2. You know we could use nsother striker…….. And this guy is not great by all means but he’s free and would come tomorrow if he could….. Belotti

  3. Belotti will be a great addition to the squad. Another example of Milanissimo like Tonali. He’s ready to bleed, grinding teeth, n drop the last sweat for our colour.
