I’m looking for a small space for myself to practice guitar and singing on the weekends. No equipment required. A 4×4 metre (or smaller) space will be fine. I’m looking for somewhere in the city centre or slightly east, as I’m based in Whitechapel. My budget is under £8 an hour.
