I gifted you 3 verses in your dead career – Davido fires at Dammy Krane

Published

on

In the early 2010s, Dammy Krane enjoyed mainstream success as he collaborated with notable superstars including 2Face, Davido, and Shatta Wale, among others.

Since 2022, Dammy Krane has been calling out Nigerian megastar Davido over what he claims are payments owed to him for appearing on the latter’s single ‘Pere’.

In the tweet, Dammy Krane claimed he had reached out over split sheet and outstanding payments but got no response which invariably led to the tweet.

“My Blooda @davido Run the check I don reach out to people over the years based on split sheet & outstanding, No response, we no gats Dey get this convo here,” he tweeted.

While Davido has been ignoring Dammy Krane’s continuous social media callouts, the multi-award-winning hitmaker seems to have had enough as he fires back at Dammy Krane whom he tags as ungrateful.

In a post on X (formally Twitter) on October 27, 2023, Davido stated that Dammy Krane had not paid him for the three verses he gave him neither did he pay for his production services on ‘Pooner’. He also blasted Dammy Krane by saying he didn’t pay for food and accommodation when he lived in his house in Atlanta.

Dammy Krane recently made mokery of Davido on X where he posted:

“Owe B Owe Owe Owe One DAVID-Owe Please pay me my money I no Dey beg you It is my work! You no gats Japa”

It’s likely that the post was what finally forced Davido’s hands to speak up and blast Dammy Krane.

Saida Boj has slammed Paul Okoye, the singer better known as Rudeboy, for criticising her controversial remarks about dating and sex.

In a recent interview, Saida said any man who gives her N20 million will be allowed to “explore” any part of her body.

The influencer also described men as “cheap”, adding that she is “always happy” when women divorce their husbands.

Saida’s remarks, however, sparked mixed reactions on social media. While some users heavily criticised the influencer for misleading young women, others defended her.

Joining the fray, Okoye said “more girls will continue to fall victims” for listening to influencers like Saida.

“As long as you continue to allow some of these idiots to influence your daughters to bill men and know their worth, more girls will continue to fall victims,” he wrote on Instagram.

Reacting via her Instastory on Wednesday, Saida slammed the 42-year-old singer, claiming he “betrayed” his ex-wife.

The influencer alleged that Ivy Ifeoma, Okoye’s new partner, only married him for financial reasons.

“I hear say one artiste, wey get dada, say I dey spoil una daughters. Dude why do you think your new wife married you?” she wrote in pidgin English.

“Your Ex-wife wey been understand with you, wetin she gain? Didn’t you betray her for a gold digger like me?

“Help me tell her that I am proud of her. You be old man, no dey reason like boy under 20. One more thing, always be polite when talking to ladies and do not be rude.”

Okoye married Anita in 2004. They have three children together.

In 2021, their marriage came under public scrutiny when a document believed to be a divorce petition filed by Anita surfaced online.

The singer also unveiled Ivy in December 2022. Last month, the couple held their traditional wedding rites in Abia state.

‏Portable, the Nigerian singer, has berated Saida Boj, the influencer, over her recent controversial remarks about sex and dating.

Joining the fray, Portable, in a video shared via his Instagram page on Monday, warned the influencer, adding that she is becoming a “nuisance on social media”.

The singer also cautioned Saida not to “mislead ladies” with her controversial remarks while using derogatory terms to address her.

“Please help me tell Saida that she is fast becoming a social media nuisance. You people should tell her. This Saida you are seeing is a lover girl. If I should get hold of her, nurse her and lodge her, she would not leave there in six months,” he said.

“It is money she would eat. Tell Saida to know what she is doing, she is already talking too much. Do not spoil other girls lives, the words you are saying could ruin the lives of single ladies. Do not spoil the lives of our daughters, even Saida is still a child.

“Which life has she enjoyed? Even if we were talking about women’s bodies, is it your now your own we will be talking about. You! A prostitute, wife to a thief.”
