Strange Laser Light Shoots From Saturn into Deep Space!

Space watcher Paula Gilley picked up a very strange occurrence on Sept 11’2018. She captured what appears to be laser beams shooting out from Saturn.

Coincidentally, or maybe NOT so coincidentally, this was around the time of the strange sudden shutdown of the Sunspot Observatory in New Mexico. Could this activity have been related to the shutdown?
