Nasarawa gov-elect, Abdullahi Sule, promises inclusive government

The Court of Appeal sitting in Makurdi, Benue State, on Tuesday upheld the election of Abdullahi Sule as Nasarawa State governor.

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had declared winner of the March 9 election in the state after polling a majority of lawful votes in the poll.

In its judgment on Tuesday, the appellate court presided led Justice Jumai Sankey agreed with the state governorship election petitions tribunal that Sule was duly elected as Nasarawa governor.
