  • “This celery tastes amazing.I had never tried cooked celery on its own before, so I was a bit apprehensive about making this. After trying it, I have to say that I love cooked celery.I sprinkled Parmesan cheese over the top as recommended by other reviewers.Delicious, thanks!”

  • “This is one of our favorite recipes, but we just boil them on the stove until they are soft.We top it with parmesean cheese shavings.”

  • “I used Sysco chicken base with water and absolutely delicious. I made another main dish and baked at the same time.Grreat!!”

  • “Yay…a different veggie for dinner! This was really quite pretty on the plate and tasted great. Thx for a nice change, I’ll make this again!”

  • “This is the second time I am making this- we just love it- the clelry takes on a nice deep flavor with braising-thanks!”

  • “Pretty good. I always have celery left over so this is a really good way to get rid of it. I never thought of having it as a side dish in itself. I cooked in a covered skillet instead of the oven as another suggested. It tasted like the celery from chicken noodle soup. Only 4 stars because while it’s good, I think it’s missing something…I’m not sure what.”

  • “Last night I was scrambling for a vegetable side to go with chicken. All I found in the fridge was some celery that was about to go bad so I made this.Fantastic.The family loved it.It’s a keeper and so easy to make.”

  • “Very tasty, shocked this hasn’t been reviewed until now!Instead of baking, I simmered them in a covered skillet for 30 min. “
