The Iowa Recycling and Solid Waste Management Conference and Trade Show is seeking presentation abstracts for its 2018 event this October.
Hosted by the Iowa Recycling Association (IRA) and Iowa Society of Solid Waste Operations (ISOSWO), the conference is one of the Midwest’s premier events for recycling and solid waste management professionals, providing educational programs, networking, and trade show opportunities. This year’s conference is being held in Council Bluffs, across the Missouri River from Omaha, October 8-10.
Each year, conference curriculum addresses a broad array of issues and provides a balanced program that meets the various skill and interest levels of the conference audience.
The conference education sessions are divided into three concurrent tracks:
- Solid waste management
- Recycling and education
- Best practices and professional development
