National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Certified Technicians and Franklin state police will hold a free child car seat inspection from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Franklin City Fire Department.
Parents will learn how to install a child’s car seat or booster seat. Although not necessary, police advise guests to bring vehicle owner and car seat manuals.
All child seat technicians are certified through PA Safe Kids.
