Sunrise Christian (Fla.) and former The Patrick School’s (N.J.) Scotty Middleton, a five-star college basketball recruit, is visiting UConn today, according to Twitter reports.
This on the heels of Middleton visiting Seton Hall last week. However, UConn, last June, had offered him.
Additionally, the 6-foot-6, 180-pound class of 2023 high school prospect holds DI offers from Michigan State, Georgia, Wichita State, Ohio State, Texas Tech, Pittsburg, Clemson, Oklahoma State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Penn State, LaSalle, DePaul, Kansas State, Bryant, per VerbalCommits.com.
Middleton scored 105 points, grabbed 22 rebounds, made seven steals, and dished out 14 assists in 12 games as a sophomore for the Celtics in the 2020-21 campaign.
The Huskies posted a 23-10 overall record and went 13-6 in Big East Conference play in the 2021-22 campaign.
