Police Report: Theft, Criminal Sexual Contact, Assault, Drug Possession, DWI, Criminal Mischief

The following August criminal incidents and arrests were reported by Red Bank police. An arrest does not constitute a conviction.

Criminal Incidents

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of White Street was reported on Aug. 30. Graffiti was scrolled on a building. There was no estimated cost for repair.

• The theft of medication (20 Omeprazole and 18 Zanaflex pills), food and clothing from a River Street residence was reported on Aug. 28.

Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Leighton Avenue was reported on Aug. 28. The owner of a vehicle reported damage to the passenger side mirror, valued at $150.

SLEO II Christopher Fuentes took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Boat Club court was reported on Aug. 25. The owner of a vehicle reported writing in black ink on the front and back windshields and driver’s side window of the vehicle.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

• The theft of a black BMX bicycle, valued at $1,200, from Marine Park was reported on Aug. 25.

• An incident of criminal mischief to a vehicle in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue was reported on Aug. 24. The owner reported black spray paint on the passenger side of a vehicle.

Patrolman Tanner Shea took the report.

• The theft of a bottle of Patron Silver Tequila, valued at $50.99, from a Shrewsbury Avenue business was reported.

Patrolman Shane Dengel took the report.

• The theft of a gold wedding band, valued at $200, an 18K gold chain with a cartouche, valued at $300, two gold chains with an unknown value, six cups, valued at $18, a portable radio, valued at $50, a number of bottles of vitamins, valued at $20, and a letter opener with an unknown value from a Tower Hill Avenue residence was reported on Aug. 17.

• The theft of a purple bicycle, valued at $180, from the front of a Shrewsbury Avenue business was reported on Aug. 17.

SLEO Christopher Fuentes took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Riverside Gardens Park was reported on Aug. 13. Damage was done to a park bench.

SLEO I Robert Varela took the report.

• The theft of a gold BMX bicycle, valued at $500, from the area of W. Front Street was reported on Aug. 13.

Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.

• The theft a purse containing medications, a driver’s license, insurance card and a credit card from the area of White Street Parking Lot was reported on Aug. 11.

Patrolman Preston Mellaci took the report.

• The theft of a light blue Huffy bicycle, valued at $250, from the front of a S. Bridge Avenue residence was reported on Aug. 8.

Patrolman Piero Vescio took the report.

• The theft of a black beach cruiser bicycle, valued at $800, from a bike rack in front of a business in the area of Maple Avenue was reported on Aug. 8.

Patrolman Ashon Lovick took the report.

• The theft of $7,000 in cash from the trunk of a vehicle in the area of English Plaza was reported on Aug. 5.

Patrolman Frank Metta took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief at Count Basie Athletic Field was reported on Aug. 3. Graffiti was scrolled in multiple structures of the facility using black spray paint.

Patrolman Stanley Balmer took the report.

• An incident of criminal mischief at Count Basie Athletic Field was reported on Aug. 3. A ticket booth was spray painted in blue.

Patrolman Grace Maggiulli took the report.

• The theft of several items from a Monmouth Street business was reported on Aug. 3. The items reported stolen were: two lighters, valued at $5 each; nine pre-rolled smokes valued at $20 each; 12 edible gummy packs, valued at $8 each; and five smoke pen batteries, valued at $15 each.

• An incident of criminal mischief in the area of Tinton Avenue was reported on Aug. 2. The owner of a vehicle reported that a window, valued at $300, was broken.

Patrolman Luke Cahill took the report.

• The theft of a white bicycle, valued at $200, from the area of Monmouth Street, was reported on Aug. 2.

Arrests

• Jonathan Milton, 47, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Maple Avenue on Aug. 22 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal sexual contact and lewdness by Detective Sean Hauschildt.

• Kenneth Siriboe, 18, of Basking Ridge, was arrested in the area of S. Pearl Street on Aug. 22 and charged with attempt to elude police, receiving stolen property and contempt of court by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Lillian Rodriguez, 30, of Neptune City, was arrested in the area of E. Sunset Avenue on Aug. 21 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Preston Mellaci.

• Krystyan Mazzuca, 27, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of E. Sunset Avenue on Aug. 21 and charged with simple assault by Patrolman Shane Dengel.

• Quizir Miller, 21, of Asbury Park, was arrested in the area of Shrewsbury Avenue on Aug. 20 and charged with criminal mischief by Patrolman Christian Nelson.

• Daniel Cammarosano, 36, of Hazlet, was arrested in the area of Riverside Avenue on Aug. 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Grace Maggiulli.

• Sharonda Graves, 32, of Keansburg, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Aug. 17 and charged with hindering apprehension, driving while suspended and contempt of court by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Jessica Hooker, 37, of Long Valley, was arrested in the area of Broad Street on Aug. 16 and charged with inhaling or possessing toxic chemicals by Patrolman Tanner Shea.

• Corinne Dicapua, 33, of Middletown, was arrested in the area of Chestnut Street on Aug. 13 and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Sammie Curtis, 66, of Long Branch, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Aug. 11 and charged with attempt to elude police and possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS) by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Nicole Osborn, 34, of Millstone, was arrested in the area of Newman Springs Road on Aug. 10 and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest by force and contempt of court by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Ian Baichan, 41, of Smithtown, NY, was arrested in the era of W. Front Street on Aug. 9 and charged by driving while intoxicated (DWI) by Patrolman Piero Vescio.

• Amar Nagi, 22, of Bronx, NY, was arrested in the area of Monmouth Street on Aug. 9 and charged with sexual assault by Detective John Camarca.

• Kaitlyn Patterson, 28, of Jackson, was arrested in the area of Harrison Avenue on Aug. 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated by Patrolman Frank Metta.

• Amy Matheny, 52, of Red Bank, was arrested in the area of Bridge Avenue on Aug. 1 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court by Patrolman Taylor Doremus.
