HaeSuk Chong of East Dubuque, IL, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019 at her home. Private family services will be held at a later date. HaeSuk will be laid to rest in Greenwood Cemetery, Galena, IL. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena is assisting the family. HaeSuk was born on March 9, 1940 in JinJu South Korea. She is survived by her son Enboge, daughter Suki Han, daughter in-law Jaehee Chong, son in-law Il Chong Han, her granddaughters; Jisoon Chong, Jiyun Chong, Jimee Chong, Miyoung Han, Jiyoung Han, two brothers in-law, Sunam Chong and TongSul Chong, two sisters in-law, KilSu Chong and Linda Chong, as well as her nieces, nephews, and extended family.
