Whose leadership style is better — Donald’s or Hillary’s?

The leadership styles of the 2016 presidential candidates, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, are distinctly different — no surprise, huh? But, what’s more, surprising is that there are similarities. Harvard Business Review published an interesting non-biased article that was refreshing to read without attacks and accusations from either party.

Gianpiero Petriglieri at HBR.org in “Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, and the Danger of Comparing Leadership Styles” examines the two candidates’ approach to leading and managing. He also explains why it’s dangerous to compare styles.
