I recently met up with this sweet girl in Northern VA!! We had a BLAST!!! Even though we watched the radar ALL DAY…thought we were in the clear, got started….and it literally rained her entire session. In fact, I edited out a few rain drops!!! hahahahaha But seriously, we had a blast!
Funny thing is that her Dad tagged along because her sweet Mom was out of town…I’ve never done a Senior Session with a Dad!! He did a GREAT job!! He held clothes, brought the car to us, ran back to grab stuff..he was a trooper and deserves a round of applause!! Abbey also brought a friend…and funny thing about that is that it was Annika!!! I did family portraits for her precious family while we were all living in Hawaii years ago!!!! I love how in our military journey, we always circle back around and our paths cross again. It was so nice to see what a beautiful and sweet girl she has grown into!!
Abbey was such a good sport in the rain and managed to get all her outfits and looks in despite the messy afternoon weather! I know she will do big things in the coming years of college and beyond…you can see it in her eyes!!!
Best of luck Abbey!!
Blessings,
Ms. Corry
PS…and thanks to my dear friend Kaylee who was my Kindergarten partner in crime (ok, we sometimes cried together in the bathroom) from my teaching days!! She taught 3rd grade with Abbie’s mom, Renee, in VA and referred them to me!! I am thrilled we were able to make our schedules work so that I could come up and do this special shoot!! Blessed!!!
