Celebrating the Anniversary of a Landmark: Clue #2

This is how the building looked in the early 1900s, when it was new.  It is located on North Cherry Street, at Third Street.

While the building looks very similar, it is used for a different purpose, although it is still open to people of all ages (but not to dogs).

What is the building?
