90-year-old man, Justin Jay, was trapped in his car for 4 days. Roger Schulman interviews Channel 10 News Reporter, Althea Paul, for the scoop.
“He fell grocery shopping and was taken to his car by store employees. He ended up driving home and made it into his garage in New Port Riche.
He ended up breaking his hip and arm and was trapped inside the vehicle. He ate cookies and cake that he had purchased at the grocery store and survived off that for four days.
He claims he honked and yelled but no one could he. Finally someone walked by and saw him and got him out of his vehicle.
The 90-year-old placed a cookie on his dashboard for each day he spent in the car.”
