Celtic defender Christopher Jullien has teased that he could be nearing a return to full fitness.
Posting to his Instagram, the French defender posed in the new seasons home strip, hinting towards a potential return stating ‘like a chapter in a book, waiting to be written…’.
Jullien has been missing from action since picking up an injury towards the end of last year against Dundee United.
The Hoops have had plenty of defensive issues last season, which continued into this campaign under Ange Postecoglou.
Whilst Jullien will add much-needed options at the back for the former Socceroos manager; most fans would agree that the Hoops are still likely in need of more defensive reinforcements.
However, the 28-year old has shown the sort of impact he can have for the club, playing a crucial part in the 2019/20 season.
Fingers crossed, we can see the return of Jullien soon, creating a new defensive partnership with one of Postecoglou’s latest recruits, Carl Starfelt.
