FOUR Celtic players have been called up to the Scotland squad for the Euro qualifiers against Israel and the Czech Republic.

The football calendar is going to be hectic this season with players not being able to pause and take breath at any point. Celtic’s calendar alongside the international games will see many of our players take on an inordinate amount of games in a small period of time.

It’s going to be a tough ask for Scotland to make the Euro’s but stranger things have happened. The national team can be so tedious to watch sometimes, even with top players in the team. Gelling some top talent with mediocre players hasn’t paid off for Scotland, Clarke has to find a winning formula.
