ISRO invites professionals for its ‘Capacity Building in Space-Based Disaster Management Support Programme.’

The Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) has announced its fourth such opportunity for Capacity Building in Space-Based Disaster Management Support Programme.’
Under this, Indian scientists, engineers, and faculty members are invited to in-person and online training courses and workshops on the current state of practice and future directions in Disaster Management using space technology using practical exercises and case studies.
Financial support of about 9 lakh is being offered for a 2-week in-person course for 25 selected participants.
The deadline for the application is 20th August.
