Delhi’s Health Minister Satyendar Jain had moved the Court against rebel Aam Aadmi Party MLA Kapil Mishra accusing him in a defamation case. A Delhi Court has framed a notice against AAP MLA.
In a statement, Mishra has said of exposing the lies that Jain and Kejriwal have spoken of. He said, “They will have to stand before me and respond to every scam and corruption for which they were responsible.”
Jain filed a complaint against Mishra on May 19, 2017 and said that his “reputation” took a “grave hit and it caused irreparable damage to his reputation”.
The Court has listed the matter to be heard on July 8.
Jain’s lawyer, Gautam Dhamija, said that the case will go on trial and the facts of the case will be presented before the Court and “There will be post-summoning evidence on behalf of Satyendar Jain. He would be coming to the Court and be deposing the facts of the case. And after that Mishra’s lawyer would be cross-examining us.”
