Giant air purifier in Delhi’s Gandhi Nagar market inaugurated by Gautam Gambhir

Gautam Gambhir, East Delhi MP inaugurated  one of its kind giant air purifier in Gandhi Nagar market. The air purifier  is 12-feet-tall and  will cover an area of 1,000 square metres and deliver 2 lakh cubic metre of clean air every day.

The air purifier is donated and funded by  The Gautam Gambhir Foundation.  Delhi BJP president Aadesh Gupta was also present at the inauguration event.

Earlier this year  in January, Gambhir also inaugurated a first-of-its-kind smog tower in Lajpat Nagar’s Central Market as a pilot project.  The positive response from people in that area gave  strength to Gambhir  and he decided to install more air purifiers in the  markets across East Delhi.

In terms of technology, the new purifiers are more advanced and have additional features like high mast lights.
