Microsfere is a non-profit NGO aiming at contributing to biodiversity conversation in 2 protected areas in Ghana (Kakum National Park and Amansuri wetland)
Job Description
The Project Field Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the project in the two areas
Required Skills or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in natural resource management/environmental science/ biodiversity conservation/ agriculture/ rural development/ microfinance or other relevant discipline
At least 3 years of professional experience in project implementation/management
Extensive experience in community work
Very good understanding of microfinance and rural development issues
Ability to conduct independent work
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent writing, reporting and communication skills
Fluency in English and Twi. Knowledge of Nzema is a plus
Computer literacy (ability to use Word, Excel, Outlook and internet)
Driver’s license + and ability to drive 4-wheel vehicle in difficult roads
