Grand Pacific Resorts Acquires New Wave Crest Resort

This month, Grand Pacific Resorts added the Wave Crest Resort in Del Mar to their portfolio of timeshare resorts. The Wave Crest Resort is Grand Pacific Resorts’ 11th property and their second in Del Mar, California.

Co-President at Grand Pacific Resorts, David Brown shares,

For current members with Wave Crest Resort, Grand Pacific Resorts will take over all aspects of property management including resort operations and owner services. All maintenance fees will be billed through Grand Pacific’s affiliate, Advanced Financial Company. Grand Pacific indicates that this acquisition will be the first of many new properties to join the timeshare group’s inventory.
