I was already in the shower when I turned on the water–nothing.Â
I went to the next shower stall–still nothing. I put my clothes back on and headed out the door.Â
Across the gravel from the shower trailer was a palet of bottle water–I needed to shave. So, I picked up an entire package of, maybe ten bottles–somebody else may need some–and went back to the trailer. I poured some out into my hand–prepared to be hit with cold water. The water was warm. It had been warmed by the sun. That was a very good thing. I finished shaving and took two more bottle back to the shower stall.Â
Nice warm shower–good to go.

Hey Keith,
I am pulling reserve duty this afternoon and feeling pretty useless as a non-chaplain in the chaplain office with no one else around. That is the way it goes sometimes. I am glad that you got a nice warm shower today. I think that most of my guys would have opted out of the shower just like every other day. I miss those dirty birds (isnt that just silly).
