Common Sense, Patriotism and Conservatism is on the Rise in America.

The difference in the tone from many in the mainstream media, Democrats on the Hill in Washington and even some Hollywood celebrities over the past few weeks, triggered by the ObamaCare rollout mess and the Obama administration’s decision to make life as difficult as possible for the American people (particularly Veterans) during the contrived government slowdown, is amazing. And Obama’s continued claims to have had no idea about the NSA, IRS, Benghazi, Fast and Furious and the ObamaCare rollout and bill problems as his appointed head of HHS says the people who are calling for her resignation, that’s the American People and their representatives, over the $634 Million ObamaCare Website debacle given to Michelle Obama’s sorority chum as another crony no-bid contract, are not the people she works for… is only adding flames to the ever intensifying fire. 

The truth has no expiration date, knowledge and light are the greatest disinfectants and hypocrisy and evil are always uncovered.  The only unknown is the timeline and for far too long the American people, as a whole, have either been asleep or were hypnotized by misrepresented hope and change that was sold to them by a biased mainstream media who forgot their purpose.  The whole reason behind freedom of the press as written by our Founders was so the press could be an unbiased watchdog… an additional check in system.  How far they have strayed!!  But even without that check, sometimes it only takes one event to turn the tide.

And after vilifying Ted Cruz and a small coalition of U.S. Senators and the Republicans in the House of Representatives, for trying to delay the ObamaCare rollout for one year, until the glitches and ever growing problems could be worked through, Democrats are suddenly jumping on that bandwagon and the American people are realizing that the Republicans were right and telling them the truth after all. In fact the collusion of the media stole the 2012 Election, as they did the 2008 Election and many Americans are waking up to that fact as well..  The media covered-up, ignored problems and lies and chose not to investigate or vet Obama, his administration or progressives and their policies.  But worse than that, they colluded and even lied about events, policies and candidates throughout both the 2008, 2010 and 2012 election cycles.

Americans are often slow to anger; too busy with life to pay attention; and over the past 6-years the media has not been doing their job, in fact they have acted as an arm of the Obama Team, but overnight we are finally seeing a change.  Add to that anger of Americans over being spied on, having the IRS turning into the Gestapo and a new negative ObamaCare fact or cost revelation almost daily, we are suddenly seeing a resurgence of hope, involvement and the willingness of many to take a second look at the policies and people that they have been told lies about over the past 6-years… and previously.

Seemingly overnight, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and a long list of other journalists, commentators, politicians, and concerned Americans that have been demonized are getting a second look as the 2014 election cycle begins.  And as information that groups like the Tea Party (TEA = Taxed Enough Already), Christian Organizations, Conservative groups, individuals, and a long list of others were targeted by the IRS and interfered with during the 2012 Election cycle, even put on a potential terrorist list by the Obama Administration… America is waking up:

Ted Cruz was excoriated by the left but also by many of the GOP Establishment, who feel their hold slipping away, over his filibuster.  Funny how after the disastrous ObamaCare rollout, many of the Democrats on the Hill are requesting exactly what Ted Cruz, and fellow Senators Mike Lee, Jeff Sessions, Marco Rubio, Rand, Paul and and few more and the responsible Republicans in the House were asking for.

Meanwhile in San Antonio, Cruz returned home to a rousing Texas welcome on Saturday after his attempt to derail Obamacare with a shutdown of the federal government. The standing ovation for Ted lasted for eight minutes.

CNN: Palin Influence Far from Diminishing:

There is probably nobody that has weathered a bigger storm or more lies and demonization than Sarah Palin, all in the name of fear.  The left saw Palin’s charisma, honesty and power with the Average Americans, because she was one of them (of us), could identify with them and wanted to fight for them.  The felt magic in her historical RNC Vice Presidential speech (First Woman on the Republican Presidential Ticket); it was the same magic I saw in her first Rally in Cali. They knew she could win if they left it a fair fight, so they colluded to destroy her.  That fact has been proven and she has been cleared of all the lies and contrived legal charges against her.  And she has emerged Undefeated.

Sarah Palin’s influence is hardly fading, according to a CNN report. “The Republican establishment can’t stand her. The media mocks her,” CNN’s Peter Hamby writes. “But Sarah Palin isn’t going anywhere. Far from it.”

Jim DeMint, told CNN that Palin “is the most important endorsement in Republican politics today, by far.”

“She can move the needle in a primary more than anyone else can,” he said.

Palin, as CNN acknowledged, will impact the primary races in which she chooses to leverage her star power to play in the 2014 election cycle. But Palin’s influence and impact, should she choose not to run for president herself in 2016 (and a growing number of people feel she should), may be greatest in the 2016 GOP presidential primary, where there are multiple strong contenders on the establishment and conservative sides of the bracket that will make it difficult for one candidate to run away with the nomination alone.   Read Full Article HERE

Glenn Beck-Blazing The Trail:

Glenn was demonized and attacked by everyone from the mainstream media to the Progressive left, to Hollywood leftists, to the Obama Administration, to George Soros, to Mormon haters, to the Establishment GOP, to other conservatives who were basically on the same side, and by his own network in many cases. 

So, Three years ago, Glenn made the biggest, and I think scariest move, for anyone who could have just played the comfortable gig at FOX NEWS. He stayed there for a long time and played it safe. But Glenn would say later he was being told to “PLAY THE GAME.” You know… take your pound of flesh and then you have dinner with these same people — no harm, no foul. Glenn wouldn’t play the game; he wasn’t there for that. So, as his time with FOX and his contract was running short, he started his own network. As he was planning to leave FOX, he was getting his resources ready to start an Internet broadcast service for news, talk radio, children’s educational shows and other programming — but all on his terms. With his own money and shouldering a few sleepless nights, GBTV was born with plans to expand. This service started out slowly at a reasonable price. I had signed up for GBTV until my last computer crashed. But with my new computer, I am a year long THE BLAZE PLUS subscriber and happily so. The change and unbridled hutzpah of Glenn these days is great! I mean, he’s still funny as hell (Sorry Glenn… I can’t help saying that, but you are.) and the fact that he’s getting 19 million views at THE BLAZE web site and 10 million subscribers to THE BLAZE should scare the media and I am glad about that too. Glenn has been accused of being a Republican operative. I find that funny, because like me, he has changed in so many ways and he is more Libertarian on most issues. Glenn also has an incredible charity group called MERCURY ONE, which does disaster relief, feeds the hungry and does other volunteer work in the service of our fellow men and women. Part of the way he supports MERCURY ONE is with his clothing line, 1791 SUPPLY CO. And now all of a sudden many of his detractors are parroting what he has been saying for years or at least agreeing with him.

It is up to each of us to educate ourselves in the truth, not what is being fed to us.  And it is up to each of us to make a difference.  If there ever was a time to get involved… that time is now!!

AskMarion: We recently spent a couple days with family, after the death and service of our family’s crazy (but brilliant) uncle, on their territory; usually they came to visit us for the holidays.  He, his immediate family, and their friends were all brilliant academic elites, students and then professors from the Ivy League and Stanford or had evolved into journalists. One of their friends was so thrilled to mention that they had seen Chelsea Clinton at the local coffee shop they frequent, but never once was former Republican Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice who teaches at Stanford and also frequents that shop mentioned. And then there was the small shrine to Obama in the office back at the house.  It was my greatest joy to watch their faces when my husband said, “My wife is a Sarah Palin supporter!”, a name that immediately drains the color from any Progressive’s face from fear if they were honest enough to admit it. It lead to quite the conversation and a lot of eye-opening corrections to unending misinformation on their part, which again proves that someone can be brilliant and highly educated yet extremely under or misinformed! In fact a cousin had actually interviewed Sarah Palin for her newspaper and went on and on in amazement about how nice Sarah the whole family was, as if she just couldn’t let that sink in and stick.
