Ballou Suffers Neck Injury at Calistoga

CALISTOGA, Ca. (September 4, 2016) – Robert Ballou was injured Saturday night in a crash during the USAC / California Racing Association event at Calistoga Speedway. Ballou was airlifted to Stanford Hospital with a broken neck. Ballou continues to be under observation while doctors determine the treatment process.

Ballou’s family reported on his Facebook page he could move all extremities and sat up for the first time Sunday.
