Christine Stevens calls herself a Nature Bard. She is a Plein Air poet who uses her iPhone to scribe the spiritual wisdom of Nature. Her poems have been featured in Cholla Magazine, Silver Birch Press, The Interpretive Naturalist and Seeds of the Soul.
Christine is a certified interpretive guide, author, musician and speaker. An active member Encinitas & Jackson Hole Poetry Groups, she also leads Radiance Sutra Jams, with improvised music and chant from the sacred text of the translation by Dr. Lorin Roche.
Her poetry coaches include Rumi, Hafiz, Mary Oliver, Lynn Pollock, Paul John Dear, Tina Landrum, and Tina Welling, author of Writing Wild.
Her upcoming collection is entitled, The Nature Sutras.
