Kristin is a lover and supporter of many art forms.  She was first influenced by music by her rock-n-roll father at the age of five and took to the stage like a moth to a flame.  During adolescence, Kristin mostly sang pop and pursued theater.  After finishing her Theater/Music Degree at Montclair State University, she worked for six years in the New York metroplex with such theater venues as The Blue Man Group Productions, New Jersey Shakespeare Festival, Broad Horizons Theater Company, Playwrights Theater, Forum Theatre Company, and Brundage Park Playhouse.  While in New York, she moon-lighted as a theater/runway makeup artist and has experience with some of the biggest names in the fashion world, Roberto Cavalli, Donna Karen, Tommy Hilfiger, Betsy Johnson, and Badgley Mischka just to name a few.  She has been published internationally and has traveled to both Milan and New York to further her work in fashion.  She has been back in Dallas for 15+ years and in that time, created the Dallas Fashion & Art show, which showcases local talent, merging visual art, fashion and multi-media with live music.  She has a masters degree in art & film from the University of Texas in Dallas.  She also completed a film certificate in producing & writing at the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University and began her production company back in the summer of 2015.  She is a certified secondary education teacher in the state of Texas and is currently the Director of Theatre & Film within the Fine Arts Academy at WT White High School.  She has also worked with RIFF (Rhythm in Fusion Festival), Open Classical, Rhythmic Souls, UTA Planetarium, Theatre Three, The Dallas Theatre Center, Teatro Dallas, Imprint Theatre, Junior Players and Kitchen Dog Theatre’s Pupfest.  At this time, Kristin is a multi-disciplinary artist specializing in conceptual original work merging fashion, film, technology, theatre and dance.
