I think I’m in love with Petunia Pop! I love all the new 2024-2026 In Colors, but didn’t think this one would steal the show…I’ve used it so much, I’m on my second pack of cardstock already! With this card, I started with a base of it and added an Exposed Brick embossed layer for added texture. The stamp set is a new one called Grateful Blessing. I used the layering stamps for the flowers, stamping off once for a softer look. I used Summer Splash blends for the leaves. The two side panels are from Unbounded Beauty DSP and the sentiment is die cut with Unbounded Love dies. Finished off with silver Metallic Gems and retired silver thread.

Oh my goodness, peeps! The minute my eyes saw the Seaside Wishes bundle consisting of the stamp set, dies and embossing folder, I was in love! I may live by a giant body of fresh water, but I have certainly enjoyed my times in salt water, too. The sand dollars are gorgeous – I used 30 drops of Crumb Cake reinker in a Stampin’ Spritzer, then filled it to about 2/3 full with rubbing alcohol. This helps the ink dry quicker than using water. Shake it up and it’s ready to go. I spritzed onto Basic Beige, waited a couple minutes for it to dry, then ran it through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine with the dies and hybrid embossing folder. It’s so cool how you can die cut and emboss at the same time with the hybrid ones! I added an up close photo of the sand dollar so you can see all the texture. The little starfish was die cut from the scraps left over from die cutting the sand dollars as it had bumpy texture, too. To make the “sand”, I tore the edge of the Crumb Cake cardstock and spritzed those as well. The background embossing folder is called So Swirly and it’s another one of the super large ones. I am loving the option of the large folders to place the cardstock where I want. Finished it off with some twine and Iridescent Foil Gems. Perfection!

I am loving Peach Pie – one of the new 2024-2026 In Colors. It is the focus of these cards – cardstock, ink, DSP, embellishments. I die cut the word “friend” 3 times out of Basic White cardstock and glued them together to give them added dimension. The embellishments are my favorite – nice and flat to make them easy to mail. And don’t you just adore that embossing folder? It’s one of the new larger sized ones so you can choose where you want the design. This layout reminds me of pearl necklaces – so pretty!

Oh how fun it is to get new stamping goodies and just CREATE! I am in love with the new 2024-2026 In Colors…they take me on a trip back in time to Junior High School and all the vibrant clothes and accessories I had! Today’s card is a celebration of those times back in the 80s – focusing on 3 new colors…Petunia Pop, Pretty in Pink and Summer Splash. I used a new 3D embossing folder, too, along with a new stamp set and coordinating die that are part of a larger suite called Unbounded Beauty, and finished it with some new ribbon. Just looking at this makes me smile! Which new In Color is your favorite? I know ALL of them are my favorite!

Enduring Beauty Bundle in Bold Pinks

I told you I am in love with the Enduring Beauty Bundle on pages 38-39 of the January – April 2024 mini catalog! This red beauty uses Melon Mambo and Sweet Sorbet for the flowers along with the same Lemon Lime Twist and Granny Apple Green used in the purple cards yesterday. I blended the pinks a little more this time. It’s very bold and I am loving it! More Wink of Stella on the flowers, too!

Enduring Beauty Bundle in Purples

I am in love with the Enduring Beauty Bundle on pages 38-39 of the January – April 2024 mini catalog. It consists of the stamp set, coordinating dies and decorative masks. What a fun and beautiful alternative option to using Stampin’ Blends markers or any other number of coloring options. The Masks are numbered 1 through 5, but you don’t have to use them in that order. I used the two flower masks first – #1 with base color Highland Heather and #3 with the accents in Gorgeous Grape. Then I used the two leaf masks – #2 with Lemon Lime Twist and #4 with the accents in Granny Apple Green. I opted to not use mask #5 since that is for the pistil and the stamping in black was deep enough. I’ll definitely use it, though, when I create the flowers without stamping the outline in black. Topping all the flowers with Wink of Stella was a must! I chose to make 3 cards in the purple shades – which layout is your favorite? I’m partial to the second picture – with the layer of Gorgeous Grape. You will definitely be seeing more of this bundle in the future!

Today’s card was made using the Rock n Roll Suite on pages 54-55 of the January to April 2024 Mini Catalog. I thought it was super fun to use vellum for the large guitar pick background. I knew I wanted to keep it black and white with one pop of color…couldn’t decide between Azure Afternoon or Tahitian Tide. Both would be equally bold, but Hunter decided on Azure Afternoon for me. The newest Online Exclusive bundle – Heartfelt Hexagon – coordinates adorably with the Garden Walk 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper in the mini catalog. This easy fun fold, of which I have no idea of the name, shows off two sides of the paper adorably. This fun fold is so simple – just take a card base that is 11″ x 4 1/4″, fold it in half, cut 2 3/4″ off one end and turn it horizontally. No extra cardstock at all for this fun fold!
