Review/notes: This bottle of Viognier was opened to correct for the mislabeled DT #217 — eager to get a few hours ahead I didn’t remember (or check) that the retsina had been consumed in the first month of this project.
Viognier is fast becoming a favourite white variety for sipping on its own. It is like an exotic candy.
