Venue: home with some Chinese take away from a buffet
Review/notes: Claret is the great British smoke-and-mirrors beverage — they so disdain the French that they renamed it from Bordeaux. This is actually surprisingly adequate for most fare, and not-so-surprisingly better than most (for instance) Beaujolais Nouveaux.
