White Sangria and Seafood Paella.
DSC08438.jpgBack to the west side…it was pouring but we still insist finding a unique restaurant for Joan’s last dinner at NY. By this point we were sick of seeing too much French and Italian, so this Spanish place Sevilla seems tempting. Turns out it is brilliant and authetic, it’s an old timer since 40s and I’m finally content that I finally have a really really good Paella~~ Delicious!

Sangria in white!!! My god I want to try!!
That’s the thing with Paella, it’s usually for 2 person and so huge that you can’t order anything else. But it looks very satisfying by itself – even has lobster in it!!

  2. donny says:

hhmm…never had white sangria before, anything different compare to the more common red version?

  3. Freda says:

Yeah Sangria in white is basically white wine instead of red wine, and i like white more! It has more of a flowery aroma that goes pleasantly with the fruits and less ‘heavy’~ The Paella is simply great, it has mussels, clams, lobsters, lots of stuffs! gosh I want to eat it again but you need to eat with another person. That’s why I can’t go to any of thsoe Spanish tapas place or Japanese small dishes pub~~

I too think white wine goes better with fruit!

Gosh LA is really hot like summer~~ what a contrast that I was just in snow and rain 2 days ago! I think my skin was better at NY, at LA my face just get oily and break out all the time, urgh~~
