    From the graphs it is not clear what is causing the fatalities. Because of train collisions or also by level crossing accidents.
    In my opinion the gates at level crossings are closed for an terribly long time in Poland. Cutting the times will make people more willing to wait, and I think a lot of fatalities will be avoided.
